EDMOND HOMSY joined CGL in 2024 as our Individual Special Investigator. Mr Homsy, a retired Brigadier General from the Lebanese Air Force and Military Attaché, has held extensive leadership positions in both Armed Forces and Government Affairs. Mr Homsy’s expertise in strategic agency relations, international cooperation and country borders agreements is bolstered by an extensive network of key stakeholders in Lebanon and the Middle East. Residing in Virginia, Mr Homsy enjoys rescuing dogs and playing tennis in his spare time.
