Washington, D.C., Civil Litigation Lawyers and Policy Experts

Serving Clients Nationwide in Complex Litigation Cases and Policy Disputes

Cuneo Gilbert & LaDuca, LLP has been serving clients in complex civil litigation in practice areas ranging from antitrust law and class actions to government and legislative advocacy with a team of proven lawyers since 1988. With 35+ years of experience, we believe we are the only law firm of our size equally at home on Capitol Hill, in a political debate, a state trial, or an appellate court.

Our firm has unique experience with a team that includes former Capitol Hill and  federal agency veterans – including the Department of Justice, Federal Trade Commission and Consumer Product Safety Commission – and other industry experts with deep legislative and policy experience. This unique combination of skills allows us to handle cases with complex public policy implications in ways that many other firms are not equipped to do. Our team’s first-hand knowledge of how federal agencies operate, along with our experience in shaping legislation, gives us an edge when dealing with cases that intersect with government oversight and regulation.

Whether representing governments, elected officials, businesses, unions, nonprofits, or individuals, our ability to navigate not just the courtroom but also Congress and federal agencies sets us apart. We understand the intricacies of regulatory compliance, enforcement actions, and legislative processes, enabling us to advocate effectively at every level. This multifaceted expertise allows us to approach cases with a broader strategic vision, ensuring that our clients are well-positioned to address both legal challenges and public policy concerns.

What unites all of us is an uncompromising commitment to excellence.

Skills & Experience

Every situation is different, and every person has unique character traits. We assess people as individuals rather than as a sum of paper credentials.
