Court denies petition to appeal CGFL’s successful class certification in Pork Litigation
The Eighth Circuit has denied a petition by defendants to appeal CGFL’s successful certification of a class composed of commercial food preparers in a lawsuit alleging anticompetitive conduct in the pork industry. The commercial food preparer class represented by CGFL remains certified, and we are preparing for a trial.
CGFL partner and co-lead counsel Blaine Finley briefed and argued the motion for class certification before the district court.
