KATHERINE VAN DYCK joined Cuneo Gilbert & LaDuca in 2012 and has represented plaintiffs and defendants in a variety of complex litigation matters. Her practice at CGL focuses on class action product liability and antitrust litigation. Prior to joining CGL, Ms. Van Dyck practiced law at a District of Columbia law firm focusing on commercial, employment, and civil rights litigation as well as criminal defense. Her experience includes appearances in jury and bench trials and other civil and criminal hearings in federal and state courts, arguing before United States district and appellate courts, and representing individuals in administrative hearings.
